The parts of the Valley we work

One metro, but the pavement problems are not the same from one side of it to the other.

The age of the building stock, the kind of traffic a property carries, what the soil underneath does with moisture, and what the site is being asked to operationally do all change what is wrong with a lot and what it costs to put right. A 1970s retail center on ground that moves is a completely different project from a ten-year-old distribution site with a failing dock apron — and the two can be a few miles apart.

These pages describe what is distinctive about each part of the metro, and what it means for the pavement on a property there.

Not listed here and still in the Valley? The underlying conditions are the same across the metro — ultraviolet exposure, summer heat, monsoon water and soils that move — so it is worth a conversation regardless.
